Courier Service

All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for both ourselves and the customer.
Please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where someone will be present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9 am - 5 pm weekdays.
Our courier service do NOT deliver to a PO BOX address, please supply a physical address.
Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up. Most parcels will take around 2-3 working days to get to you.
All items that are stocked will be processed by us and sent within 48 hours of placing your order. Any orders which are placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed within 48 hours of the first working day.
Our Shipping Rates:
- North Island: $35.00
- South Island: $45.00
- Rural Delivery, to be added the freight cost above where required: $8.00

International

Please fill in the form on the contact page with the name of the piece you are interested in and the destination address, and we will email you a quote for door-to-door shipment.

The process is simple -

you select the item and email us
we get a quote deducting the GST and adding the freight price.
we will organise a payment option for you
we send you the tracking details, and we follow the process online to update you.
